Study On Pharmacology And Pharmacodynamics Of The Female Silkworm Moth

Take the Female Silkworm Moth as bases to constitute compound preparation with other Chinese traditional and herbal drugs such as tuckahoe, herba, ligustrum lucidum and so on, with the effect of calmness, hypnogenesis, ease pain, resistance, avoirdupois, the growth of spermatic apparatus and serum E₂ to the young female rats, the Yang deficiency female rats, the Yin deficiency female rats and mice which spermatic apparatus with different treat, we studied the Pharmacology and Pharmacodynamics of the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation, the result is:(1) The effect to young female rats: the normal ICR female rats with avoirdupois 16-18 g. Assorting five groups at random: the normal contrast group affused distilled water, the low-dosage group affused 0.15 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, mid-dosage group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, high-dosage group affused 0.6 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, compound preparation group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth's compound preparation (make up of Female Silkworm Moth, tuckahoe, herba and ligustrum lucidum). Affusing 20 mL/kg continuously once per day. Firstly, the effect of calmness, hypnogenesis, ease pain, resistance were observed, then the rats' avoirdupois, uterus and ovaries were weighted. The result indicated that the normal rats' independent activity times were induced, drop asleep delitescence caused by pentobarbital sodium was decreased, the sleep time was increased, the stamina by swimming surviving test was enhanced, the mice twisting times were induced in ease pain test, the avoirdupois and the coefficient of uterus and ovaries were increased by Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation, which means the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation can accelerate the growth of spermatic apparatus of the female rats.(2) The effect to the Yang deficiency female rats: the normal ICR female rats with avoirdupois 18-20 g. Hydrogenation cortisone used to produce a Yang deficiency female rats model by muscle injection with lmg per rat continuously once per day, Assorting four group at random: the Yang deficiency model contrast group affused distilled water, mid-dosage group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, high-dosage group affused 0.6 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, compound preparation group affused 0.3 g/mL FemaleSilkworm Moth's compound preparation (make up of Female Silkworm Moth, tuckahoe, herba and ligustrum lucidum). Affusing 20 mL/kg continuously once per day, and the normal contrast group affused the same quantity distilled water. Firstly, the effect of calmness, hypnogenesis, ease pain, resistance were observed, then the rats' avoirdupois, liver, spleen, uterus and ovaries were weighted, and the coefficient of which were calculated. The result indicated that the female rats have the Yang deficiency symptom obviously caused by Hydrogenation cortisone: the coat puff, the activity deduced, the reaction slow and so on, which means the Yang deficiency female rats model was succeed, the phenomenon of the female rats' spirit sag caused by hydrogenation cortisone can be renovated by the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation, the female rats' independent activity times were increased, the mice twisting times were induced, which means the Female Silkwonn Moth and compound preparation have the function of spirit resumed and ease pain, and the compound preparation's function of ease pain is better obviously than the Female Silkworm Moth, and the stamina by swimming surviving test was enhanced, the avoirdupois and the coefficient of liver, spleen, uterus and ovaries were increased by Female Silkwonn Moth and compound preparation, which means the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation can accelerate the growth of immunity apparatus and spermatic apparatus of the female rats.(3) The effect to the Yin deficiency female rats: the normal ICR female rats with avoirdupois 18-20 g. Thyroxine (0.3 mg) and reserpine (0.02 mg) used to generate a Yin deficiency female rats model by affusing stomach per rat continuously once per day. Assorting four group at random: the Yin deficiency model contrast group affused distilled water, mid-dosage group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, high-dosage group affused 0.6 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, compound preparation group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth's compound preparation(make up of Female Silkworm Moth, tuckahoe, herba and ligustrum lucidum ). The result indicated that the avoirdupois of double ovary ablated group were increased highly after operating 20 days, but the other groups without difference, the serum E2 of one (starboard) ovary ablated group wasn't decreased obviously in three months, but increased obviously after one month. The serum E2 of one (starboard) uterus ablated group and double ovary ablated group weren't deduced evidently untill three months later, and the serum E2 of double ovary ablated group decreased even more than one (starboard) uterus ablated group. The change current of the coefficient of spermatic apparatus was consistent between one month and three months among double ovary ablated group, one (starboard) uterus ablated group and one (starboard) ovary ablated group, both one (starboard) uterus ablated group and one (starboard) ovary ablated group's spermatic apparatus hyperplasia, but atrophy in double ovary ablated group. The result means that when passing judgement on the Pharmacology and Pharmacodynamics of medicine to treat menopause syndrome with SD female mouce, the better model is double ovary ablated, the time of taking medicine should be more three months with thejudgement index are avoirdupois, spermatic apparatus and serum E2, which can avoid the error caused by self-renovated in little time.(5) The effect of Pharmacology to double ovary ablated mice: SD bearing age female mice without fetation, avoirdupois is 220-240 g, then double ovary were ablated, Assorting six group at random: high-dosage group affused 0.6 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth, compound preparation group affused 0.3 g/mL Female Silkworm Moth's compound preparation(make up of Female Silkworm Moth, tuckahoe, herba and ligustrum lucidum ), positive group affused diethylstilbestrol tablets (2 mg/kg), negative group, artificial operation group and normal group affused the same quantity distilled water, Affusing 2 mL continuously once per day, then avoirdupois, serum E2, and the the coefficient of uterus, cunt and ovaries were observed. The result is that the avoirdupois of SD female mice caused by double ovary ablated could be controlled by the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation, and the effect of high-dosage was better than compound preparation, and also better than diethylstilbestrol tablets before 50 days, which also can increase the coefficient of uterus and cunt distinctly, all of those means that the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation could accelerate the spermatic apparatus resumed, but couldn't be normal. The serum E2 of SD female mice with double ovary ablated could be increased, and resuming even to normal by the Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation, the effect of high-dosage was better than compound preparation. The results indicated that The Female Silkworm Moth and compound preparation have the homologous estrogen biologic character in evidence, which can be a component of medicine to cure women menopause syndrome, postmenopausal osteoporosis and prostate hyperplasia, and this also a new plan to compositive using of the Female Silkworm Moth.
