| Objective: To study the expression of β-Catenin (β-Cat) and nucler factor kappa-β (NF-kB) in gastric Cancinoma and their relationship. Methods: S-P immunochemical method was perform to detect the expression of β-Cat and NF-kB in 53 Cases gastric Carcinoma tissue and 18 Cases of nomal gastric tissue. Results: Expression of β-Cat and NF-kB in gastric cancinoma tissue were more significantly detectable than in nomal gastric tissue (P<0.05). 69.81% and 66.04% tumor tissues were positive for p-Cat and NF-kB 。 β-Cat was closely related to pathological differentiation, Pathological stages, lymph node metastasis, the deepness of invasion (P<0.05). NF-kB was closely related to tumor size, Pathological stages, Lymph node metastasis, the deepness of invasion (P<0.05). The expression of NF-kB was significantly correlated with β-Cat (P<0.05)Conclusion: The expression of NF-kB and P-Cat has correlation in gastric carcinorma. the abnormal expression of NF-kB and P-Cat may participate in the occurence and development of gastric carcinorma 。 It indicat the β-Cat and NF-kB may be markers in evaluating prognosis of gastric carcinoma and provide targets for chemopreventive strategies... |
