| Objection To investigate the expression of NF- Bp65,VEGF and MVD in humor gastric carcinoma and control group (chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia), to study relationship and clinic significance between expression of NF- Bp65 , VEGF and MVD in human gastric carcinoma . Methods 62 patients with gastric carcinoma who underwent surgical resection between 1997 and 2002 at the Ma Gang hospital and the hospital in Liu An were followed up . Expression of NF-icBp65,VEGF and MVD were examined by S-P immunohistochemistry in 62 archival paraffin embedded gastric carcinoma tissue specimens and 35 patients of control groups. The relationship between expression of NF- Bp65, VEGF and MVD in human gastric carcinoma and control groups were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 version software .Results The expression of NF- Bp65, VEGF were obviously higher in gastric carcinoma groups than in the control group (62.9% versus 17.1%, 51.6% versus 11. 4%, respectively, P<0. 001) . The difference between expression of NF- Bp65 , VEGF and MVD in different stages of gastric carcinoma were significant (P<0. 05) . The expression of NF-icBp65 was significantly correlated with VEGF ( Y s=0. 593, P<0. 001) . The expression of VEGF and MVD were significantly higher in lymph-node- metastases group than in no-lymph-node metastases group (P<0. 05) . Theexpression of NF-KB p65 and VEGF were highly correlated with MVD ,which was significantly higher in the NF-icB p65(+) group and VEGF (+) group (P<0. 001) . Conclusion The expression of NF-icBp65 ,VEGF and MVD were associated with the different stages of gastric carcinoma, lymph-node metastases and prognosis, NF-KBp65. VEGF and MVD may serve as the important prognostic factors in gastric carcinoma. Expression of NF-icBp65and VEGF were highly correlated with MVD .The relationship between NF-icBp65, VEGF and MVD indicates that NF-icBp65, VEGF may play a important role in occurrence and metastases of gastric carcinoma...
