Objective To optimi2e technical parameters , observe tissue pathology characters, evaluate the clinical effect of RFTA,and discuss RFTA security by means of animal experiments. Methods:by using 9 fresh pig lung to do RFTA experiment with RITA radiofrequency ablation system, to observe derogation points and tissue pathology characters in different radiofrequency length (2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm) temperature and power, to find the least temperature and time ,the most derogation volume ,the width of side-strips in the different electrode length. By non-control clinical research, we evaluate curative effects and complications with RFTA treatment. Results The least temperature, time ,power in the most derogation volume and the width of side-strips: 80 □, 90W, 6~8min, 2.2cm3, the width of side-strips 1.5mm. 3cm length: 85□, 90W, 9~12min, 3.1cm3, the width of side-strips 2.0mm. 4cm length: 90□, 90W, 9~ 13min, 4.0cm3, the width of side-strips 3.0mm. 5cm length: 100D, HOW, 6~9min, 5.0cm3, the width of side-strips 2.5mm. After RFTA treatment, the overall efficient rate is 88.6% in 44 original lung cancer patients. Complications: fever :44 cases; high WBC: 24 cases; WBCt (3.8±1.1) ×109/L; liquid and gas bosom (20.5%) . After treatment, all complications alleviated, and no respiration failure. Conclusion The treatment in lung cancer with RFTA is simple, safe, efficient.
