ObjectiveRadiofrequency and microwave ablation is the commonly used two kinds of tumorablation technology, comparative study between them is less, and the conclusion is differin this experiment by ablation in vitro lung liver to observe Radiofrequency andmicrowave ablation respective area, and comparing the difference between the two kindsof melting technology.MethodsExperiment is divided into two groups: group rf: use a Cool-rf electrode tip;Microwave groups: cold cycle microwave antenna rf and microwave antenna electrodedirectly inserted in vitro pork liver Pig lung tissue ablation experiments two experimentsaccording to different ablation parameters respectively set up five subgroups:20w,ablation for10min; Power40w ablation for10min;60w power, ablation for10min; Themelting power80w,10min; The melting power100w,10min; The above experimentsadopt single electrode single ablation mode, each subgroup repeated the experiment at theend of the five ablation, immediate ablation oven longitudinal diameter and diameter, andcalculate the ratio of the vertical and horizontal diameter, and according to the vertical andhorizontal by melting to calculate the volume.ResultIn the vitro study of the same time, the ablated area’s ratio of liver is bigger than thelung’s,and there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.01). For the lung, the studyshowed that there were significant differences in different power (P>0.05) betweenradiofrequency ablation and microwave ablation;and when the power is80W,the ratio ofablated area reaches the maximum, and it is closer to1,which shows that the ablated areacloses to spherical; to the the liver, there’s no significant difference in20W,40W (P> 0.05),and there was no predictable pattern in the ratio; but in the power of60W,80W,100W,the ratio of microwave ablated area ratio increases; the comparison chartbetween lungs and liver ablated area show that when the ablation power is20W,40W withthe same time, the two organs’ volume has no obvious regularity(P>0.05); when theablation power≥60W,the liver’s volume change is quite obvious,Statistical differencesexist between groups by LSD-t test(P<0.05).ConclusionWhen the ablation time is fixed, the more the ablation center temperature stays thesame, the bigger the ratio is,which is closer to1; and the greater the power, the bigger theablation volume is. In the lung,; in the liver, there’s no difference between microwaveablation and radiofrequency ablation when the power is20w,40w; the effect of microwaveablation is better than radiofrequency ablation when the power is60w,80w,100w. The ratioof liver’s ablated area is bigger than the lung’s. In the same conditions, the volume ofmicrowave ablation is bigger than radiofrequency ablation’s.
