Theoretical And Experimental Study In Treatment Of Malignant Tumor With Zi Ni Wu Cao Yin

According to the theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the clinic experience of the tutor, this paper studies the theory and experiment in treatment of malignant tumor with Zi Ni Wu Cao Yin, appropriately combined with Herba Agrimoniae (Xianhecao), Spica Prunellae (Xiakucao), Rhizoma Curcumae (Ezhu), Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae (Baihuasheshecao), Herba Leonuri (Yimucao), Herba Ecliptae (Mohanlian) . The experiment observes the influence of Zi Ni Wu Cao Yin on the life quality, the avoirdupois, the malignant tumor control ratio, the content of serum Nitric Oxide (NO) and serum Maleic Dialdehyde (MDA), the avoirdupois and index of thymus gland and spleen, and the pathological changes. The conclusion shows that Zi Ni Wu Cao Yin is capable of improving life quality of animals, controlling the grow of tumor and improving immune function of animals, which is worthwhile to do further research to find out the mechanism of the combination.
