Professor Lv Ying’s Theoretical Exploration And Clinical Experience Based On "Qi Monism" To Treat Malignant Tumor

Professor Lv Ying is the tutor of the master postgraduate of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University,who engaged in clinical medicine for25years.The professor gave herself over to her medical work in the prevention and treatment of tumors.She cultivated her mind by reading many books and flexible integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.She had a high theoretical attainment as well as accumulated rich clinical experience.Based on the"Qi monism",with the deep understanding of the tumor etiology,pathogenesis, treatment and corresponding to prescription,she formed a unique theoretical system to treat malignant tumors.Based on the analysis of the academic origin of Professor Lv,this paper would summarize the tutor’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of cancer,which based on the"Qi monism".And also summarize part of the treatment rules of cancer. This article is divided into two parts:The first part:Systematic understanding the literature research-carefully studied and comprehended the classical works of the Confucianism and Daoism and Buddhism and "I Ching" and TCM.Through learning deeply the ancient philosophy works of "I Ching" and the four classical works of TCM:Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,The Classic of Questioning,Shen Nong’s Herbal,Treatise on febrik and miscellaneous diseases,summary the relevant records and description about "Qi monism" Of ancient philosophy,and Professor Lv interprets "Qi monism" of TCM by the theory of yin and yang,the theory of Five-elements,Yun-qi doctrine,the theory of "Kai he shu"and the theory of "Biao ben zhong",and then discuss that Professor Lv has been inheriting and mining deeply of "Qi monism"theory by clinical practice.The second part:Clinical cases analysis-retrospective study Professor Lv for cancer medical record and material,which finished during September2011to December2013,carries on the analysis,the preliminary sorting out the clinical experience which the tutor apply"Qi monism" academic thought,for the treatment of malignant tumor of Chinese medicine for clinical references.
