Purpose: 1. Study the expression of complement regulator factor H andrelated protein in people of bladder tumor.2. Find out the relation between complement regulator factor H and related protein and bladder tumor recurrence.3. Multiple analyze clinical and pathologic figure in prognosis of bladder tumor recurrence.Material and Method: The expressions of complement regulatorfactor H and related protein in 70 bladder tumor tissues and 10 normal bladder epithelial tissues are detected by streptabitin peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical methods using factor H antibody. The effects of clinical and pathologic indexes and biologic tumor markers on recurrence were assessed by logistic multiple regression model analysis. And the correlation between of each factor is also analysis.Result: There have 67 cases positive expressions in 70 bladder tumortissues, positive rate 95.7%, mean immunohistochemical determination points 5.46 + 2.70, and no one case positive expression in 10 normal bladder epithelial tissues. Among this bladder tissues, expression on cellmembrane account for 27.1%(19/70), expression in cell plasm account for 51.4%(36/70), expression both on cell membrane and in cell plasm account for 31.4%(22/70); fait positive 25.7%(18 / 70), positive 61.4%(43 / 70), strong positive 8.6%(6 / 70); cases of cell positive ratio 5%—25% in tissues have 10%(7/70), cases of cell positive ratio 25%~50% have 11.4%(8 / 70), cases of cell positive ratio 50%~75% have 32.9%(23 / 70), cases of cell positive ratio > 75% have 41.4%(29 / 70). Tumor's pathologic grade, stage, size, numbers, patient's combine diseases, and the expressions of complement regulator factor H and related protein are related to bladder tumor recurrence by logistic single regression model analysis. Tumor's grade, patient's combine diseases, and the expressions of complement regulator factor H and related protein are related to bladder tumor by logistic multiple regression model analysis. The correlations are statistics significance between pathologic grade and stage, between pathologic stage and tumor size, between immunohistochemical determination points and IOD (Integral Optical Density). But the Pearson correlations are not high.Conclusion.' 1. The expressions of complement regulator factor H andrelated protein in bladder tumor tissues are very rife, but they are not expressed on normal bladder epithelial tissues. 2. Tumor's grade, patient's combine diseases, and the expressions of complement regulator factor H and related protein are related to bladder tumor by logistic multiple regression model analysis. 3. The correlations are statistics significance between pathologic grade and stage, between pathologic stage and tumor size, between immunohistochemical determination points and IOD.
