Objective:To retrospective survey the effect of using TURBT treatment of muscularis invasive bladder urothelial carcinoma treatment. To explore influence of muscularis invasive bladder urothelial cell carcinoma recurrence, related factors and clinical significance, analysis of risk factors in the role of tumor prognosis and outcome, and intervention measures and countermeasures are presented.Understand the muscularis invasive urothelial cell carcinoma patients, due to personal subjective factors or preoperative biopsy specimen depth is not enough. The installment to determine relatively inaccurate, and TURBT surgery patients.Postoperative recurrence and survival condition.Guidance for the future clinical work. Methods:A retrospective study of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January,2004 to December,2008 and from January,2009 to December,2013,two five years. All clinical information was collected, including: gender, age, chief complaint, past treatment and recurrence of bladder cancer, smoking history, imaging data, pathological data, surgical type, tumor number, size, bladder endoscopy data, bladder perfusion, time, dose, recurrence and progress. Follow-up data were collected by telephone, registration of perfusion, registration of referral cystoscopy, case of inquirying total hospitalization, outpatient follow-up. Analyzing the clinical characteristics of the patients, by statistical methods we made analysis of univariate factor such as age, gender, stage, grade, size, number and growing location of tumor, maintenance infusion after operation and previous recurrence of tumor. We studied the recurrence after the treatment of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in our hospital during a period of two different 5 years, with the innovation of the electric cutting mirror, cystoscopy imaging system; and the improvement of operating skill of a surgeon, surgical methods and skilled degree. Results:Univariate analysis showed that age (P=0.022),sex(P= 0.018), tumor staging (P=0.04),classification (P=0.04),number of tumors (P=0.002),and whether to maintain intravesical therapy (P=0.041) were related to tumor recurrence, while tumor location, tumor size, reciprocating times, different drug perfusion and other factors had no effect on tumor recurrence (P>0.05).Conclusion:With the analysis of recurrence factors,we found that gender, tumor stage, grade, previous history of recurrence, tumor number and whether to maintain intravesical treatment had correlation with the recurrence of non muscle invasive bladder cancer. With two 5 years comparison, operation proficiency and the innovation of operation imaging system, can significantly prolong recurrence time, and reduce the recurrence rate.Provide evidence based medicine for clinical practice.
