Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Helicobactor Pylori Associated Gastritis With Yinghukeli To Eradicate Helicobactor Pylori

Objective: Since Warren and Marshall have found helicobacter pylori in1983, people in the medical field have been being regardful of it. In recent 10 years, most of clinical research have proved Helicobacter pylori is the most factor of chronic Gastritis. The study on helicobacter pylori is associated Gastritis (HpAG) is always the focus. So far, the mechanism of helicobacter pylori have been learned, and the precepts that antibiotics are been used to eradicate helicobacter pylori have been improved. As other infections were treated, treating on infection caused by helicobacter pylori have contradiction between positive and negative effect. The study use yinghukeli to find the method to treat HpAG and explore the treating mechanism.Methods: Clinical study: The objects of this study were those patients whose spleens and stomachs are moister and warmer and their livers are out of harmony with stomachs and their spleens and stomachs are weak of in terms of the Chinese medicine.60 patients with HpAG were randomly divided into 2 groups, patients in the 2 groups were no distinct difference in the sex, in age and in the degree of the ill. The patients in the 2 groups were apart treated only with herbs and with the western medicines (li zhu wei san lian). Before and after the treatment, all the patients were observed clinical symptoms integrals, conitions of Gastroscopy and Helicobacter pylori, and measure the levers of Gas in serum and MTL in theplasma.In the animal experimental study, 75 wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the normal group (10 rats); the model group whose spleens and stomachs are moister and wanner and their livers are out of harmony with stomachs and their spleens and stomachs are weak of in terms of the Chinese medicine(each group 20 rats);The maximum of safe dose group(5 rats); Apart from the normal group and the maximum of safe dose group, all the rats were modeled and made into chronic gastritis models. After treatment, detect the gastric mucosas pathology. Immunoradiometry was also performed to detect Gas in serum and MTL in theplasma.Results: clinical study shows: ?The herbs group was better than the western medical group in the aspect of meliorating clinical symptoms(p<0.05); ?The herbs group was better than the western medical group in eradicating helicobacter pylori, but there were no distinct difference between them (p>0.05); ?There were no distinct difference in the Gastric mucosas pathology in the two groups(p>0.05); ? The herbs group was better than the western medical group in the total availability ratio, but there were no distinct difference between them (p>0.05);(5)A refers to the group those spleens and stomachs are moister and warmer; B refers to the group those livers are out of harmony with stomachs and C refers to the group their spleens and stomachs are weak. Before treatment: in the 3 groups (in terms of Chinese medicine), the level of Gas in group A is higher than the other two groups(p<0.05),but there were no distinct difference in the B and C groups; the level of MTL in group B is higher than the other two group(p<0.05), but there were no distinct difference in the A and C group; The levels of the Gas and MTL were distinct difference in the two groups before and after treatment (p<0.05). The therapy group was decreased more than the controlled group (p<0.05), after treatment A group was decreased more than the two other group(B and C).Experimental study shows: ?Animal models of chronic gastric can be made successfully in Synthetical methods. ?The inflammation in the gastric mucosas was improved in every model group after treatment with the herbs. ?The levels of the Gas and MTL were differences in the 4 groups(p<0.05); The levels of the Gas andMTL were distinct differences in the 3 model groups before and after treatment (p<0.05). After treatment the levels of the Gas and MTL were decreased distinctively.Conclusion: ?The effect of treating HpAG with yinghukeli is better than only with western medicine in the improvements to clinical symptoms; ?Yinghukeli can eradicate Hp effectively. (3) Yinghukeli can control gastric mucosas pathology distinctively and at the same time regulate secretion of the gastrointestinal hormone partly. So it can benefit gastric mucosas recovery and relieve the clinical symptom.? Yinghukeli has wonderful safety.? The research have proved yinghukeli can treat each of 3 zhengxing groups effectively, and give a new method in treating HpAG.
