| Objective:To observe the effect of Tradtional Chinese Medicine QingWeiChuYouTang on active chronic gastritis patients with H. pylori infection. Methodes:Fifty-six active chronic gastritis patients with H. pylori infection were randomly divided into two groiips, the treatment group and the control group. 30 cases were treated with QingWeiChuYouTang as the treatment group and another 26 cases were treated with western medicine multiple medications as control group. 2 weeks as 1 therapy course in both groups. After four-week treatment they were examined through gastroscope, histology biopsy diagnosis and rapid urease test. Results: The efficatious ratio in treatment group and the eradicative rate of H. pylori were 90. 00%, 70. 00%, while those of the control group were 84.62%,65.33%. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The obvious curative effective rate in stomache in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. (P<0.05) The curative effect on wetness-heat evil typy in treatment group was the best. Conclusion: QingWeiChuYouTang has some characteristics as low-price,mild side-effect,cheap and easy administration, so it has clinical applicable value to some extent. |
