The Project Research On MR Of DX Hospital

With the development of the open degree of the market, the competition among hospitals is becoming keener and keener. For the hospitals, the introduction of advanced hardware equipment has become an effective way to be more competitive and productive. In addition, the improvement of our peoples' living standards sets forth higher requirement for medical equipment and treatment ways. MR is becoming more and more popular among hospitals and patients because of its special advantages. But because the expenditure of introducing and managing MR is rather high, it turns a matter of success and failure for hospitals. Because of this, I try to research in combination of MR and project management so as to provide some guidelines of the introduction and management of MR for hospitals.This thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part, I briefly state the background and value of my research, the development process of project management, and the meaning of project and project management. Then, I specify the meaning and purpose of my research. At last, I shortly point out the research ways of project management and sum up the outline of the thesis. In the second part, I give a thorough and deep feasibility analysis of carrying out projects. I demonstrate the feasibility after analyzing the demand, technologies, fund, financial effectiveness, the SWOT of hospitals ,etc. In the third part, I put forward how to achieve the purpose of complete management and control of the carrying out of the project through purchase management, progress management, quality management, cost management, human resource management, marketing management, risk management, etc. In the fourth part, an overall evaluation of the carrying out of the project is presented, paying special attention to the evaluation of the financial effectiveness management and process management as well as the evaluation of social effectiveness and environmental effectiveness. In the last part, I give acomplete conclusion of the thesis and point out the old and new problems in project management as well as the subsequent research work.
