Objective: In order to find out the distribution of COPD prevalence. Tocorroborate risk factors of COPD. To comprehend the situation of disease examination. To provide constituting hygiene policy of prevention and treatment for COPD.Methods: According to the principle of cluster sampling, we investigated 1508subject over 40 years of five villages in XinKaiKou Town BaoDi District TianJin City with general investigation. It involved respiratory Questionnaire, lung function test, physical examination, X-ray and electrocardiogram were further performed for patients with COPD. Basing on the data character and study objective, we adopted different statistical analysis. All data was analyzed with SPSS for Windows 11.5. α =0.05 was taken for test level. Results: Each layer prevalence was compared with x2 test , COPD prevalenceincreases along with age. COPD prevalence declines along with educational degree. The male prevalence is higher than female. The prevalence of Smoking is higher than non-smoking's. The prevalence of having family history is higher than non's. And that the difference shows statistically significant. Risk factors analysed with one-way non-conditional logistic regression are as follow: Atmospheric air pollution shows significant association with COPD by COX risk regression scale complementarity. Cohabitation numbers, housing area and pet feeding are not found to be risk factors of COPD. Cooking and using firewood time are also risk factors of COPD. But cooking adjusted by sex, using firewood time adjusted by years old both lose statistical meaning. Smoking, smoking index and smoking index classification show significant association with COPD.
