Objective:The study is made to explore the status and risk factors of the dyslipidemia among health examination population of Lanzhou for the purpose of providing the interprevention measures. Methods:According to the stratified cluster random sampling method,4505subjects for health examination were selected for the study from5hospitals in Lanzhou.Information was collected using standard questionnaire, which contains basic, drinking history, smoking history, sleep quality, family history, disease history;Height, weight, blood pressure, waist and hip were measured.Total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein were also measured. SPSS19.0software was used to conduct data analysis, including student’s t test, chi-square test, univariate and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis,by dyslipidemia as dependent variable,13factors such as gender, age and smoking as independent variables.Results:1.Levels of lipids:The levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C, LDL-C were (5.27±1.08),(1.74±1.38),(1.41±0.43),(2.83±0.82) mmol/L.The means of TC,TG,LDL-C increased with age and reduced over the age of65for male and female. The level of HDL-C was low among the young. The level of HDL-C in female was higher than that in male all along. The level of TG in male was higher than that in female all along. The level of TC in male was higher than that in female before45years old.The level of LDL-C was higher than in female before55years old. The level of TC and LDL-C in female was higher than in male after55years old.2.Prevalence of dyslipidemia:The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia of this population was45.79%.The prevalence rate of high TC,high TG.high LDL-C,low HDL-C were respectively17.87%,20.67%,16.31%,12.42%. The prevalence rate for male was53.49%for male and for female34.93%. The prevalence rate was higher among the group of35~44years old for male(56.55%) and55~64years old for female (54.81%).There was no statistical significance for the prevalence rate of low-HDL-C for male among all age groups. It is the same with the female. The prevalence rate of low-HDL-C for male was higher than female among all groups and the prevalence rate of low-HDL-C was higher among the young.3.Risk factor analysis:Univariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors were age(OR=2.325),smoking(OR=0.538),drinking (OR=1.938),intake of greasy diet(OR=8.747),sleep quality(OR=2.632),overweight(OR=10.435),abdominal obesity (OR=3.938),higher diastolic blood pressure(OR=6.518) and elevated blood sugar(OR=0.727). Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors were age(OR=1.701),overweight (OR=5.560),abdominal obesity(OR=2.398),smoking (OR=0.545), intake of greasy diet(OR=5.313), sleep quality (OR=2.005) and higher diastolic blood pressure (OR=3.061).Conclusion:Health examination population suffered from in serious lipid disorders. Measures such as rational diet, weight control, sleep improvement, pressure control and quit smoking must be taken.
