From the viewpoints of literature research,the thesis firstly seeks and sums up ancient and modern research files which include the development of the name of Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD) ,knowledge about the causes and pathogenesis of ALD.and difference of symptoms and signs of ALD,syndrome and therapeutic methods of ALD.It shows the systematic developing history of ancient and modern TCM literature on ALDSecondly,to set up databases of treatments on ALD of ancient and modern,utilize SAS statistics software to carry on frequency statistical analysis.To appear high-frequency medicines synthetically,and analyse the principles and characteristics of medicines. Conclusions on aspect of using medicine has some similarity in ancient and modern,such tonification,inducing diuresis and eliminating dampness,clearing away heat, and relieving exterior disorder.But there has some difference on prescriptions for promoting blood flow by removing blood stasis,warming the middle-energizer and regulating the flow of qi.Thirdly, propose that tonifying vigour to effect permanent aspect,regulating the flow of Qi and dispelling phlegm drugs to cure secondary aspect.Constitution factor should be considered in the process of treating illness.Forthty,throw the experience reseach of Qi Long Yi Gan curing ALD on the big white rats,verifying the faction of the methods.
