Study On Correlation Between Different Types Of Endogenous Wind Syndrome And Analyse Of CT

The article explored the origin, pathogenesis, position of pathologic changes, application of CT image examination etc to endogenous wind syndrome by packing up past literature. The result showed endogenous wind syndrome was similar to central nervous system disease, the position was located in brain, which would offer theory support for CT image examination etc application of endogenous wind syndrome. Second, we studied 115 patients' data from clinical survey, which were analyzed by scientific statistical method cumulative logistic regression model plus stepwise regression procedure, the result showed CT image examination etc had diadynamic value for endogenous wind syndrome. Obviously, this will provide evidence of CT for exploring objective study of endogenous wind syndrome type. Meanwhile the clinical survey also showed that pathogenesis type of endogenous wind syndrome could not been confined to the traditional meaning which included liver yang causing wind, extreme heat causing wind, yin asthenia causing wind and blood asthenia causing wind. Nowadays, phlegm-heat causing wind, blood-heat causing wind, phlegm-bloodstasis causing wind, liver yang causing wind, and blood stasis causing wind are familiar clinical type. This will offer new thought for syndrome identifying of endogenous wind syndrome.
