The Empirical Study On T Iymphocyte Subgroup And IL-2,IFN-γ Of Mice In Immunocompromised With Yi Qi Qing Wen Pill

In this article,We carry out the empirical study on T iymphocyte Subgroup and IL-2, IFN-γ of mice in immunocompromised With Yi Qi Qing Wen Pill, approach the mechanism against the Respirovirus in modern medicine, especially in molecular immunology aspect.In our experiment, 30 male and 30 female mice were divided into 4 groups: physiological saline group, mice model group, herbal group, control group. First we made immunocompromised mice model with the method of inject Cyclophosphamide in the mice's abdominal. Second medicines were given in herbal group and hormone group everyday. After 30 days ,We collect the samples, and we also examined indexes of CD₃⁺, CD4+, CD8+ and IL-2, IFN-γ at the same time, We analyzed these dates with SAS8.1. Results : Yi Qi Qing Wen Pill could affect the levels of CD3+, CD4+ ,CD8+ and IL-2, IFN-γ of the model mice, accommodate the state of immune. It also has a good effect on preventing the infection of Respirovirus.In this article we also studied its mechanism based on the theory of virology and immunology. We hope we can provide some new thoughts and methods in prevents the infection of Respirovirus with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and west medicine.
