The Investigation In The Status Quo Of The Assisted Reproduction Technology And The Study On The Related Problems In Chongqing

Assisted reproduction technology (ART) is called medical assistant pregnancy. ART includes AI,IVF-ET,ICSI and all other kinds of new technology which developed on the basis. Recently, the proportion of non-pregnancy symptom is increasing gradually, but the traditional drug and operation therapy cannot satisfy the patients. So, the ART offers a new methodology for the non-pregnancy treatment. But with the ART development in Chongqing, the absence of relevant law and scheme ART affects the development of ART in our city; synchronously, the involved morality which may be meted in the applied procedure is noted by the citizen. For restraining the mentioned phenomena and undertaking the technology development, establishing the ART,s management system is very essential and imperious. 1,Towards the mentioned problem, the main research contents in this article are:(1)The present situation of ART,s research in Chongqing, including the investigation unit, the researcher formation, the carried projects, the success ratio and the multifarious factors which affect the success ratio.(2)The research of latent problem in ART in Chongqing, including the experience conclusion of ART, the factors which affect its development in ART and the analytical research of the present problems.(3)The works and countermeasures which we should do right now for resolving the all kinds of difficulties in ART in Chongqing. 2,The research conclusion of the thesis: It is necessary to develop the assisted reproductive technology in Chongqing. The right usage of ART can control the population reasonably, improve the diathesis of the population, and relieve the pain and sufferings of the non-pregnant, and it is also the important method to ensure the healthy of procreation. The major problems are below:(1)The major problems about the management are: The contradiction of supply and demand causes the improper management; the bad management of the sperm and germ cell; the lack announcement of the ART and so on.(2)the laws and the statutes need to be perfected further. Not only the application of ART brings some new civil law problems; but also it brings new challenge to the criminal law in our country(.3)the problems that the ART brings: Social ethics problem, Family ethics problems, Individual ethics problem etc. 3,Drawing lessons about the management experience of the ART from the abroad, the policies that we should adopt primarily are:(1)hold to the principles of ART.(2)enhance the laws and the statutes of ART.(3)consummate the permit system of ART.(4)make the Medical Ethics Committee perfect and normal(.5)manage the sperm and germ cell strictly, insure the high quality of reproduction(.6)establish the strict data statistics to declare the system.
