Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is a new technology for treating infertility in the development of modern medicine. It is a technology in order to achieve the purpose of pregnancy with manual manipulation in gamete, zygote or embryo across using the medical technology and method, including artificial insemination technology (AI) and in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation technology (IVF-EF) as well as all kinds of derivative technologies. Assisted reproductive technology has the functions of actively eugenic, remedying the physiological defects and as the supplementary method to shortcoming of natural fertility. Following its application, it not only solves the long-term problem puzzled countless medicine from the technology successfully, brings happiness to many families, has far-reaching significance to promote human social harmony and stability, but also greatly promotes the development of the basic medical research and clinical application research. But as the application and development of assisted reproductive technology in clinical, assisted reproductive technology has arisen some problems that affect its healthy development. At the same time, because during the implementation of the ART will inevitably involve the problems of cryopreservation, giving away and surrogacy of sperms, eggs and embryos, and this will make the implementation of ART more extensive and complex than the implementation of other medical technology involving a series of social problems on laws, ethics, morality and so on. Therefore, in order to ensure assisted reproductive technology to develop healthily and orderly and make it always develop along the direction of human favorable, perfecting assisted reproductive technology management more is very essential and imperious.This study firstly through investigating and analyzing the status of assisted reproductive technology in Jiangxi province, it is necessary to implement assisted reproductive technology in Jiangxi province. Because using assisted reproductive technology correctly can control population scientifically, improve population quality and relieve the pain of infertility patients.Secondly, this study analyzes the main problems of assisted reproductive technology existing:1, management problems:the lack of management leading to the abuse of assisted reproductive technology; lacking propaganda and having erroneous zone in propaganda.2, legal problems:assisted reproductive technology impacting fertility subject; the legal status of bearing children through assisted reproductive technology; the problem about assisted reproductive technology crime.3, ethical problems:individual ethics problems; family ethical problems; social ethics issues.Finally, referencing domestic and foreign advanced experience about assisted reproductive technology, this study puts forward some countermeasures that should be adopted:1, grasping ethical principles of assisted reproductive technology.2, establishing and sounding laws and regulations related assisted reproductive technology.3, strengthening the publicity and popularization of assisted reproductive technology.4, strengthening the supervision and management of assisted reproductive technology.5, strengthening the ethical education and training.
