Screening Of Antitumor Active Fraction Extracted From MAORENSHEN And Experimental Studies

MAORENSHEN is a Chinese herb which showed antitumor efficacy, The purpose of paper is to screen and extract the antitumor active fraction from MAORENSHEN , study their efficacy in vitro and in vivo, and also study preliminarily the antitumor mechanism.According to the result of MTT assay, we extracted two antitumor active fraction from MAORENSHEN: MA MB, observed their antitumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo, cell cycle distributrions and apoptosis were measured by by FCM and TUNEL method.The result showed that MA MB had potent antitumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo, The mechanism was related to intervening cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.
