| Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) is a kind of world and familiar disease, belonging to deutohealth in modern medicine ,deficiency and exhaustion ,insominia, cardiopalmus in traditional Chinese medicine.CFS will become a key issue dameged the human being's health in 21 century.Because the etiological factor of CFS is mistiness to us,it hasn't effective preventive and cural measure .The research of CFS is mainly reflected in the research of the pathogenesy and method of making animal exemplar.Its etiologic contains many ways. It concerned of long-term pneuma stimulus ,excess exertion of the brain and physical capacity,and followed the nerves-endocrine secretion-immune functional disorder of a certain degree.The method of making animal exemplar mainly consists of the following two ways: A kind is only to use chronic constraint method,another is through a combined stress factor with chronic constraints swimming in the cold water and electricity stimutation during eating . Accordng the above methods,this experiment used the method of chronic constraint and swimming in the cold water alternately to hope to find a fitting and convenient modus. Acupuncture posseses adjusting the organical function of the nervus and endocrine secretion syeteme, levating the body' s immune function, increasing the body' s ability to resist the disease.Also,acupuncture has the advantage of good effect ,without side effect,convenient manipunation^ economy and favor.So ,on the basis of a great quantity research of antiquity and modern literature,this text demonstrated the theoritical evidence of acupuncture to therapy CFS,and designed and put this experiment into practice.We try to reveal the regulated mechanism of acupuncture through observing the index such as IL —2, TGF-β, TNF—α, IFN—γ according to random and antithetical principle,and also wish to find a fitting CFS animal exemplar.METHODS: Experimental aminal were randomly divided into exemplar group, acupuncture group, panaxoside group and normal control group.It is through a combined stress factor with chronic constraint and swimming in the cold water to obtain the CFS exemplar.Acupuncture group is acupunctured in bilateraiis Zusanli,Baihui,Shenshualteratively;panaxoside group is given intragastric adminstration with panaxoside fluid;normal control group isn' t given any method.Two weeks later ,all rats were taken blood into analysis IL—2, TGF—β, TNF—α, IFN—γ, and removed spleen and thymus tissue by decapitation.RESULTS: In the end of the experiment ,(1)the spleen index number of difference of exemplar group and normal control group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01) , difference of exemplar group and panaxoside group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05), difference of exemplar group and acupuncture group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05) .(1)thymus index number of difference of exemplar group and normal control group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01) , difference of exemplar group and panaxoside group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01), difference of exemplar group and acupuncture group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05) .(3)IL-2 of the difference of exemplar group and normal control group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01) , difference of exemplar group and panaxoside group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01), difference of exemplar group and acupuncture group had the statistical significance (P < 0.01) .(4)TNF-α of difference of exemplar group and normal control group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05) , difference of exemplar group and panaxoside group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05) , difference of exemplar group and acupuncture group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05) .(5) IFN-γ of difference of among exemplar group, panaxoside group, acupuncture group and normal control group all had the statistical significance.(6)TGF-β of difference of exemplar group and normal control group had the statistical significance (P<0.05) ,difference of exemplar group and panaxoside group had the statistical significance (P < 0.05), difference of exemplar group and acupuncture group had the statistical significance ( P < 0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: This experiment validates chronic fatigue model was blest that experimental rats are given a combined stress with chronic constraint and swimming in the cold water.Acupuncture could increase spleen index number , thymus index number , TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-2 of exemplar rat and degrade TGF-β of exemplar rat,which were possible the mechanism of acupuncture to achive the therapeutic effect.EPILOGUE: Panaxoside liquid is generally acknowledged the therapeutic medicine of chronic fatigue syndrome,acupuncture possess entirety two-ways regulated role to the body,which chiefly is through immune function and neuroendocrine,especially humoral immunity and Cell mediated immunity to regulate entire body.This experiment not only gived the chronic fatigue model a kind of method and route,but revealed the immunology mechanism of acupuncture treatment of CFS and give the method and route to prevent...
