The Guangzhou TCM university museum keeping together three pictures of taoist does exercises in gymnastics which are Neijing picture's rubbings, Xiuzhen picture, Liangong stele's rubbings . The three pictures show people how to practise taoist inner work. This thesis trim the three picture's content and system studies their scholarship origin and meaning.The Neijing picture is also called the Neijing picture. Yun Ji Qi Qian book explain that Yang is outer scene and spirit , and that Yin is inner scene and spirit. The Neijing picture currently exists two editions one is water color picture another is black and white picture. The water color picture keeping in china TCM museum which has 168cm length, 97cm width. The black and white picture is wood-carved preserving in Baiyun Guan and going round by its rubbings . After consulting the water color picture , Liu Chengyin who was a Taoist living in Qing Dynasty carved the black and white picture. From the water color picture's words and painting style, we can conclude it is production of beginning Qi Dynasty.The Neijing picture use some mountains, persons, pavilions and poems to tell people what about practising taoist inner work. There are several difference between water color Neijing picture and black-white Neijing picture but they have both the same poem which describe the process of taoist inner work. This poem wrote by Liu Yan a famous taoist lived in the Tang Dynasty. This thesis gives a particular explanation about designs and four poems in Neijing picture.The Xiuzhen picture is also called Dang Cheng Jiu Zhuan picture. The Xiuzhen picture currently exists five editions there are Baiyun Guan's Xiuzhen picture, Wudang mountain's Xiuzhen picture, Liangong stele found in 1980 at Guangzhou Yuexiu mountain, Dang Cheng Jiu Zhuan picture is one collection of Hongdou sanctum and Chengdu's Xiuzhen picture.
