The establish of animal modelSixty healthy male SD mice were divided randomly into six groups, ten mice per group: control group(Control), model group(Model), QDTMT high dosage(QDTMTH), middle dosage(QDTMT_M), low dosage(QDTMT_L) and herbesser groups, Then Saline was given to control and model at 10 ml.kg-1 weight; Suspension of QDTMT were give to QDTMTH, QDTMTM, QDTMTLat dose of 3.24 g·kg-1·d-1, 1.08 g·kg-1·d-1, 0.36 g·kg-1 weight; HB at dose of 5 mg·kg-1 weight was given to herbesser group for 2 weeks. After 14-day administration of QDTMT, the model of vascular endothelial injurywas established by injecting a high close of adrenaline solution to the SD mice subcutaneously for 5 day.2.
