| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Reinforcing Qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on Prevention and Treatment of Restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) . Method: Sixty patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) with successful PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Each group contain 30 cases. The control group is treated by regular western medicine. The treatment group :Beside the basic of western regular treatment, Huang Qi Injection 20ml and Shu Xue Tong injection 6ml were injected everyday after surgery. A period of treatment was 60 days. After 6 months, we observed the changes of EKG, symptoms, blood fat, blood rheology, ET, NO ,Pselectin,t-PA and so on before and after treatment. Result: Reinforcing Qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can lessen clinical symptoms. It is showed that the occurrence of restenosis was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group. It can decrease the blood level of lipid,improve myocardial function and decrease the heart ischemia,protect endothelial cell function, and lower the lever of P-selectin, balance TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α. The difference of total effective rate between treatment group and control group is remarkable .Conclusion: Reinforcing Qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can prevent and treat restenosis after PCI and improve heart function.
