Purpose Study clinical type classification of Hepatocirrhosis Caused by Hepatitis, Diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of patient's condition as well as curative effect and explore function and significance of promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis towards Hepatocirrhosis Caused by Hepatitis. Method On basis of symptom, Hepatocirrhosis Caused by Hepatitis falls into five types, diagnosis on which shall be based on overall analysis of patient's condition. 1 Available method for symptom of asthenia of spleen and stagnation of wetness-evil, and liver collateral stasis is to invigorate spleen, eliminate dampness, expel obstruction from collateral and absorb clots; appropriate dose of XIAOYAOSAN is available for prescription.2. Available method forsymptom of Ql stagnation and liver collateral stasis is to disperse depressed Ql and activate blood circulation; resolving CHAIHUSHUGANSAN and GEXIAZHUYUTANG are available for prescription. 3. Available method for symptom of accumulated damp-heat and liver collateral stasis is to eliminate dampness and heat, remove heat from blood and absorb clot, appropriate dose of HUADANTANG is available for prescription. 4. Available method for symptom of insufficiency of both spleen and kidney and liver collateral stasis is to warm kidney and invigorate spleen, activate blood circulation and promote diuresis, appropriate dose of FUZILIZHONGTANG is available for prescription. 5. Available method for symptom of deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin and liver collateral stasis is to nourish liver and kidney and apply YIGUANJIAN. Take Chinese Traditional Medicine one dosage per day, decoct twice respectively on morning and afternoon and administrate such medicine for three consecutive months. The first two types belong to compensatory-phase Hepatic Cirrhosis, applicable for Diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of patient's condition with appropriate dosage of conventional liver-protecting medicine supplemented. The other three types belong to decompensatory-phase Hepatic Cirrhosis, besides Diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of patient's condition, uragogue and blood product will be available to support expectant treatment. Result Curative effect of compensatory-phase hepatic cirrhosis is significantly better than that of decompensatory-phase hepatic cirrhosis in terms of physical sign, enzymology indication, albumen restoration, and restoration rate of portal vein and vena lienalis. Total therapy effective rate of compensatory-phase hepatic cirrhosisgroup is 91.7% and total therapy effective rate of decompensatory-phase hepatic cirrhosis group is 48%. Statistics shows that there exists notable difference between both groups. Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of patient's condition plus medicine for promoting blood circulation and dispelling blood stasis will result in much better curative effect. However, medicine administration on basis of symptom that has better effect on therapy compensatory-phase hepatic cirrhosis will become not as effective as people expect once after hepatic cirrhosis approaches decompensatory-phase.
