Clinical Observation On The Fibrosis Treatment Of Collateral Obstruction By Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Rongganhuaxian Decoction And Entecavir

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Rongganhuaxian Decoction in the fibrosis treatment of chronic hepatitis B syndrome of collateral obstruction by blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Choose 61 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients of collateral obstruction by blood stasis syndrome, the test group contained 30 cases and the control group contained 31 cases. The control group was treated with entecavir, while the test group was based on the control group to ally with Rongganhuaxian Decoction. Observation indexes before and after treatment and during treatment the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, liver function, HBV-DNA, hepatitis B five, abdominal ultrasoundand, fibroscans, four items of liver fibrosis, scoring models of liver fibrosis, and other efficacy and safety indicators.Results: From the analysis of clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, In the improvement of the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, fibroscans and four items of liver fibrosis, the test group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05), with statistical significance. In the improvement of liver and spleen B ultrasound, e antigen seroconversion rate, scoring models of liver fibrosis and liver function, the two groups after treatment compared, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of collateral obstruction by blood stasis syndrome of chronic hepatitis B with Rongganhuaxian Decoction and entecavir can significantly improve the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and liver inflammation index and decline the scores of fibroscans and four items of liver fibrosis,that it has better clinical effect.
