It is still an unresolved problem for fingers' disorder of flection and extention caused by stroke .based on the acupunctual therapy of "Activating Brain and Opening Ofirice ",this experiment treated fingers' disorder of flection and extention caused by stroke through the acupunctual therapy of jingjin ,regarding instant effect of the first acupuncture and articulation activity of the end of the first and second course of treatment as observation markers.compaired with control group, the results are as follows :1. based on the acupunctual therapy of "Activating Brain and Opening Ofirice",the effect of the experiment group is better than that of the control one .the rate of per cent of rhe experiment group is 70%, but the one of the later only is 46.7%(P<0.05).2.there are obvious improvements on articulation activity of 2 groups at the end of each course of therapy(p<0.01).3.At the end of the first course of therapy , there is no differention between two groups on improvements of articulation activity.but at the end of the second course of therapy ,the effect of experiment group is better than the one of control group(p<0.05).these results suggest that: based on the acupunctual therapy of "Activating Brain and Opening Orifice",not only instant effect but also long-term therapy of jingjin is satisfied, and this therapy can be regarded as benefitial complement to stroke sequela with the acupunctual therapy of "Activating Brain and Opening Orifice".
