Purpose:To observe effect penetration needling method on Four Guan point for treatment of ischemic stroke the acute phase refers to discuss the influence of toe and finger activities by Penetration needling method and Four Guan point in the treatment of stroke may point integrated mechanism.Material and method:36 cases of acute has of stroke patients were randomly assigned to penetration needling Four Guan point acupuncture treatments group and ordinary acupuncture methods group, all of the patients receive routine drug therapy and rehabilitation training. Treatment fits TaiChong(LR3), Hegu(LI4), YinTang(EX-HN3), TaiYang(EX-HN5), ShangXing(GV23), QuChi(LI11), ChiZe(LU5), ShouSanli(LI10), NeiGuan(PC6), WeiZhong(BL40), YanglingQuan(GB34), ZuSanli(ST36), SanYiJiao(SP6), TaiChong- Hegu were treated by penetration needling gimmick. Ordinary acupuncture were treated by filiform needle puncture points treatment method, and the rest with treatment group. ShangTianMin hemiplegia after treatment application on comprehensive evaluation standard fingers function was evaluated.
