Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy ofedged needle and acupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis,to explore the better between the two treatment methods,to evaluate the efficacy, safety and compliance of both treatment modalities. To further optimize the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis, improve the clinical treatment effect of knee osteoarthritis, promote the development of acupuncture, and provide more clinical scientific basis for the clinical application of edged needle.Methods:66 patients were divided into treatment group and control group at random,33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with edged needle, while the control group was treated with acupuncture.Thetreatment group course of treatment was once a week, two weeks a course, and 2 courses a period of treatment,28 days. The VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score of the patients were counted, and The changes of scores before and after treatment were analyzed.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the differences between the two groups.Results:1.A total of 66 patients,33 patients a group, and 1 patient fell off in each group, while 64 patients actually completed the treatment.2.Before treatment, two groupsdata : gender, age, height, weight, course of disease, position of disease,VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score, rigid score and quality of life scorewere compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The baselines were consistent and comparable.3.Aftertreatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 81.25%.and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups, and statistical analysis was significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison among groups: VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score were compared between the two groups in one course of treatment, two courses of treatment and two months of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparewithin group: ??VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score group comparison: ?The VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score of the control group before treatment and one course of treatment, one course of treatment and two courses of treatment were compared, and the comparison was statistically significant(P< 0.05).? The control group, the comparison was statistically significant in VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score between the follow-up group in the two treatment courses(P<0.05).?In the treatment group, the VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score were statistically significant(P < 0.05),before treatment and one course of treatment, one course of treatment and two courses of treatment.?In the treatment group,VAS score,ISOA score and WOMAC score were compared between the two treatment courses and the follow-up for 2 months, and the comparison was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Both needle-edge acupuncture for foot-yangming type KOA and acupuncturetreatment can alleviate the pain and stiffness symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis, improve the patients' daily activities and improve lifequality.2.Compared withacupuncturetreatment,foot-yangming trans-fascial KOA with edge acupuncture has more advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
