Clinical Research Of Percutaneous Lumbar Diskectomy For Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To study the indication and the best size of externaldiameter of job's trocar of PLD in the treatment of lumbar discheraiation.Method: 10 cases with "bulge" lumbar disc herniation dignosed by CTor MRI were divided into 2 group and treated with 2.5mm or 3.0 mmexternal diameter of job's trocar. All cases received PLD in lateraldecubitus by using ITR-V Teng's Automatic Corkscrew Disc Enucleatormade in china under "C" x-ray machine.Result: (1) Excellent (9 cases) :No abnormal symptom and physicalsign and restoration of normal activity ; (2)Good(lease): Abnormalsymptom and physical sign were relieved significantly, occasional slightpain, capable of doing some work;(3)Curative effect of two groups werebasic homology.Conclusion: It is principal method for the treatment of lumbar discherniation with PLD. 2.5mm external diameter of job's trocar is able toyield satisfactory clinical outcomes and entirely satisfy the treatment ofPLD.
