Clinical And Experimental Study Of Zinifang On Haemorrhage After Ru486 Medical Abortion

Objictive: This problem carries through a clinic abservation to ZNF's acting of curing haemoeehage after Ru486 abortion approves its curative effect and makes a primary discussion to its acting mechanism from sex hormone, prostaglandix, hemorheology indexes and hismorphology.Methods: 90 patients who are unconstraint o ask medical abortion were devided into the treatment one group, treatment two group and the control group at random. All patients take orally Ru486 and Misoprostol in order. Patients of the treatment one group take orally ZNF which can invigorate qi, remore stasis, stop bleeding and resist inflammation for 5 days after the embry ejected, patients of the treatment two group take orally ZNF for 5 days at the same time of Ru486, the contrcl group only use Suogongsu after abortion.All of the gruops use Antibiotics for 3 days. Haemoeehage, qi deficiency and blood stasis sym, sex hormone, prostgland, hemor heology indexes could be observed between the treatment one group and the control group. Hismorphologye, hismorphology could be observed between the treatment two group and the cor.trol group.Result: The results suggested that:1 ZNF could shorten rapidly bleeciing time and reduce bleeding quantity after Ru486 Medical abortion. It could improve the Symptom of qi deficiency and blood stasis sym .2 ZNF could increase rapidly the content of sex hormones (P,B - HCG)during the medical terminination, promote the degeneration and necrosis of chorion and decidua cells, and accelerate embry ejected.3 ZNF could increase rapidly prostaglandin E2( PGE2 ) during the medical terminination and strengthen contraction of uterus and expedite embry ejected, so the bleeding duration of vagina was decurtated.4 ZNF can resist effectively the diffe ent step between E2 and p, so it could control bleeding time and be benefit tc the repaiiation of endometriiim.5 ZNF could decrease blood visicosity degree.6 ZNF could promote the degeneration and necrosis of chorion and decidua cells.Conclusions: It might be concluded from the results mentioned above that ZNF could infect the content of sex hormones prostglandin hemorheology indexes, so the ZNF could oromote the degeneration and necrosis of chorion and decidua cells, expedite embry ejected, it also could prevent and cure effectively the complication of long bleeding duration of vigina which is caused by medical termination.
