The synthesis HIV/AIDS intervention mode for mobile female factory workers was effective and should be generalized. Booklets, flip charts and picture exhibition were suitable for the factory workers, videos and lecture was populor but it needed to collect the workers and take the time of production, so it has some difficult to consult.3. Qualitative research played an important role in the HIV intervention. In-depth interview was used to explore the social cultural characteristics associated with sexual attitude and lifestyles, and explane the quantum findings in order to tailor prevention messages accordingly.Focus group discussion played an important role in process evaluation. It was conducted to understand the details of paticipation in the education activities, the factors that influnce the participation, the suggestions of female workers about the education contents and measures. Then adjusted the intervention measures, frequency, strength accordingly to make the intervention more effective .
