A Clinical And Experimental Research On Stomachic Prescription With Redix Ginseng And Rhizoma Atractylodis For The Treatment Of Predofastidium

Here we will discuss the etiological factor mechanism and therapeutic principle on predofastidium from theories clinics and esperiments of TCM, with modern pharmacological study of Chinese medicine, in order to explore operative prescription. The main mechanism of predofastidium is the disorder of the stomach-spleen, and its principal treatment is transporting the spleen to eliminate dampness, and strenthening the stomach to remove the accumulated food, with the stomachic prescription of Redix Ginseng and Rhizoma Atractylodis. Treated 37predofastidium patiens in all in clinic, and compared them with other 32 children who had only taken xiaoerxiaoshipian. The two groups were both treated for two courses(eight weeks), and made a comprehensive evaluation on the effects of syptom, physical sign, hemoglobin, urine-D xylose excretory rate, salivaSIgA, the content of zinc, iron, calcium in hair. Adopt surfeit-method to make rat dummies in experimental reseach, and observed the appetites, amounts of gastric scid, the vital force of pepsin and the contents of gastrin in gastric antrum and plasm in experimental groups, matched control groups, dummy groups and blank groups. The results proves that the overal efficient rate was 97.30%, and CR was40.54%, in experimental groups who took stomach prescription with Redix Ginseng and Rhizoma Atractylodis, which was superior to matched control groups who took xiaoerxiaoshipian (P<0.05). There was distinctive difference in above two groups on observed index of. hemoglobin, urine-D xylose excretory rate, salivaSIgA, the content of zinc,iron,calcium in hair(P<0.05).The experimental results: experimental groups have conspicuous differences compare to dummy groups and matched control groups on the appetites, amounts of gastric scid, the vital force of pepsin and the contents of gastrin in gastric antrum and plasm for ratdummies of fastidium(P<0.05).The results prove that the disorder of the stomach-spleen is the mechanism of predofastidium, and transporting the spleen to eliminate dampness,and strenthening the stomach to remove the accumulated food is its important therapies. Treating predofastidium by above method not only have fine clinical effection but also experimental research in holistic regulation, microelement, cytokine, gastrointestinal hormone and digestive enzyme etc. to reveal the mechnism of this stomachic precription. The article make a beneficial trying from theory of TCM, clinical and experimental research, and enrich the content of iatreusiology of fastidium.
