Bronchopneumonia also called obular pneumonia is most frequent pneumonia in children especially in infant. The domestic paediatrics statistical result of 16 units shows: the bronchopneumonia cases take 93.7% among the 22,504 pneumonia cases in hospital, but the incidence of disease of repeatability pneumonia does not have investigation information yet. 2900 cases inpatient for pneumonia in DOLUNDO HOSPITAL, about 10% inpatiant have twice above pneumonia medical history. Pneumonia is much to occur in the cold season of the winter and the spring and climate cataclysm, and it is more in some area of Southern China in summer. Bronchopneumonia can be aroused by germ, virus and mycoplasma pneumonia,chlamydia etc. pathogenic microorganism. According to the change of pathology form, bronchopneumonia canbe divided into general bronchopneumonia and interstitium bronchopneumonia. The former is caused by germ, mainly for pneumococcus, takes above 90% of germ pneumonia, the latter is caused by virus mainly, Mainly for Adenovirus, R.S. virus, Flu virus, Parainfluenza virus and Measles virus. The prognosis of bronchopneumonia depend on lung inflammation prompt controled or not, the quantity of germ influenceed, strong or weak virulence, and the level of sensitive to antibiotic, ill son organism immunity condition, whether serious complication. Though now the cause of disease of bronchopneumonia is identified by microorganism influence, but the child recurrent bronchopneumonia whether existence hereditary factor remain to discuss. Cause of disease for the Repeat Respiratory Infection (RRI) is analyzed in domestic, result shows that except invasion has a relationship with age, air pollution, residential environment bad, some trace element and vitamin deficiency, some congenital disease and immunity function abnormity, some trouble sons still shows obviously genetic predisposition. That all diseases have relations to gene has been recognized step by step. HLA is human leucocyte antigen system; it is main component that take part in body's specific immune recognization and response. It is implicated with immune regulation; restrain inter-action immunologic cell; take part in disposal of antigen; take part in differentiation of immunologic cell. HLA is closely related to normal physiology function, change of disease. Recently people have done some researches on the relations between HLA and illness and have some arguments. There are some theories about mechanisms of HLA related to disease: mimesis theory,disease predisposing genes theory,receptor theory, histocompatibilitylimitation theoryetc.Among these, disease predisposing gene theory think that perhaps there are some predisposing genes near HLA-D domain. These genes can cause some diseases. We are not sure that specificly one site is related to one disease or many alleles are related to one disease. HLA is the most important gene for immun reaction is coded by two high polymorphism gene families in 6p chromosome of 3600kb distrition. among these, genes of HLA-II near centromere and is 1000 kb length, including DP,DQ,DR alleles. Main function of HLA-II is conveying extrinsic antigen polypeptide to CD+4 cell and produce immune response. Because of HLA-II central action on regulating immune and their extensive polymorphism, it has displayed many predisposition to many disease that have immune tendency.
