Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Hospital Management

With the development of hospital reformation, the decision maker and administrators of hospital have attach more and more importance to the evaluation of hospital work. Only through appraising the hospital activities, the status and developmental trend of the hospital can be learned. It will do much beneficial to improve the management level of hospital. It is a pop problem to study how to apply the theory of mathematical statistics to appreciate hospital service correctly and objectively. The paper gives an account of the changes in both internal and external environments that confront at present, then the development trend and emphasis of the hospital is discussed.It is valuable to set up an index system for evaluation hospital efficiency, the paper first establishes the design principal, then from three aspects such as work efficiency, work quantity and economic evaluation etc, the comprehensive index system was constituted.Many new evaluation method of hospital management have been studied , the definition , model ,virtue, defect of weighted rank sum, the approach of comprehensive index, principal component analysis, multi-objective decision was discussed in the paper, it will provides scientific basis for the evaluation of synthetic management of the hospital.In this paper, the Principal Component Analysis is used to turn many indexes that evaluate the composite benefits of the hospital of Tianjin Medical University into a few main comprehensive indexes, the evaluation was made on both the single level of structure and the whole level of structure, and we obtain the composite grade points. The composite grade points are listed in order to show the total development structure of the composite benefits in the hospital and the existing problems in recent years.At last, the countermeasure of the hospital management was discussed from three aspects, it is imperative for hospital managers to management their hospitals with new concepts and means so as to meet the needs of the times.
