Clinical Study Of Threatened Apoplexy Syndrome Treated With Chinese Drugs Of Detoxicating And Activating Blood

Objective: to study the curative effect of threatened apoplexy syndrome treated with Chinese drugs of detoxicating and activating blood , and to discuss the mechanisms of this therapy Methods: 70 cases were divided into 2 groups at random, 36 cases in treatment group and 34 cases in control group Chinese drugs of detoxicating and activating blood and routine Western medicine were administrated to the cases of treatment group Aspirin enteric coated tablet and routine western medicine were administrated to the cases of control group Changes of clinical syndromes , signs and lab indes were detected before and after treatment Results: 8 weeks later, we found total effective rate of treatment group was 9167%, compared with control group, there was predominant difference(P<0 05) At the same time, we found this therapy can lower TC, TG, WBC, HCT, Fg, TXB2, ET, and improve NO, 6- keto-PGFlα , compared with control group, there were predominant differences(P<0 05 or P<0 01) Conclusions: The method of detoxicating and activating blood, applied to prevent and treat threatened apoplexy syndrome, was testified to be effecttive...
