The Clinical And Experimental Study For Treating Urticaria With Clearing Heat And Removing Damplaw

Objective:To observe efficacy for Urticaria and impact on I allergic reaction ,IL-2,IL-4 and 5-LO (lipoxygenase) of tutor's clearing heat and removing damp law and investigate the function and clinical significance of IL-2JL-4 for Urticaria.Method:151 patients were separated at random into group with traditional medicine(QingReLiShiyin,QRLSY) and group with west one(mizolastine).During 2 weeks's(for acute Urticaria )or 4 weeks;s (for chronic Urticaria) treatment, degree of pruritus and size ,quantity frequency and lasting time of wheal were observed.In order to study clearing heat and removing damp law'impact on cytokines,before and after treatment,IL-2 and IL-4 were measured by RIA in 60 cases in group with QRLSY compared with 20 healthy persons.In the animal experiment , I allergic reaction and foot-metatarsus swelling by arachidonic acid model were constructed.After divided into group at random ,saline, mizolastine and QRLSY were given respectively.Result:Compared with group with mizolastine ,cure and obvious effect rate is 82.95% with total effect rate of 94.31% and there are no notable difference between two groups (P>0.05) .The experiment shows that QRLSY can remarkably restrain I allergic reaction and activity of 5-LO.Conclusion:Treating Urticaria with clearing heat and removing damp law has reliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. Restraining I allergic reaction and activity of 5-LO and antimicrobial and diuretic activity may be its mechanism.
