Study On Clinic Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia With Marrow-Supplementing And Blood-Engendering Granule

For testing the effects of Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABSEG) working on CAA and the difference between Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABSEG) and Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet (AABET), 62 CAA patients' peripheral hemogram, myelogram and anemia degree before and after treatment were compared in this experience.It was found that MSABSEG could significantly or very significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01) increase the level of peripheral hemoglobin, leukocyte, platelet, reticulocyte and neutrophil, decrease the level of lymphocyte, stimulate the growth of bone marrow, depress the level of non-hematopoietic cells, reduce the anemia degree. The effective rate of treating CAA with MSABEG hit 78.13%, higher than that of AABET 53.33%.In the experience peripheral hemogram , myelogram and anemia degree before and after treatment beween Kidney-yang vacuity and kidney-yin vacuity were also compared.It was found that all the indes of Kidney-yang vacuity were better recovered than that of Kidney-yin vacuity (P<0.05). This proved the theory "Easy to cure Kidney-yang vacuity and Difficult to cure Kidney-yin vacuity".
