Study On Inhabiting Apoptosis Of Caa HemopoiEtic Cell With Marrow-Supplementing And Blood-Engendering Granule

In this study mechanism of Marrow-Supplementing and Blood-Engendering Granule (MSABEG) was explored to treat 51 patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) by clinical study and experimental study by means of single-blind method. Compared with Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering Tablet.The curative effect of aplastic anemia(AA) with MSABEG is 76.66% higher than that of Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering Tablet. The souble granules MSABE can promote hemogram(Hb WBC) and the function of bone marrow.To use the electron Miscroscope (EM) observe the apoptosis of hemo poietic cell of CAA at different stages. The study prompts the hemopoietic cell of CAA express excessive apotosis.The positive exponent of hemopoietic stem cell was detected before and after the treatment of MSABEG with AA patients by Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling(TUNEL) the positive exponent before treatment was higher than that of normal man. After treatment the positive exponent obviously decreased. That of kidney Yang difficiency accessed to normal man . The positive exponent of IL-6 IL - 8 and Bax of CAA treated with BSABEG was observed by ISH. Before treatment, the positive exponent of IL-6 IL-8 and Bax were higher than that of mormal group. After treatment, the positive exponent decreased. The positive exponent of IL-6 and IL-8 of kidney Yang deficiency had difference with that of normal group. It proved that IL-6, IL-8 and Bax can inhibit the apoptosis of hemopoietic cell of bone marrow in a certain degree. The clinical effective of kidney Yang deficiency wassuperior to that of kidney Yin deficiency in the course of the treatment with BSABE. In experimental study the positive exponent of IL-6 and IL-8 obviously altered to that of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM of CAA had objective evidence. It must be a subject Chinese medicine and drugs treat with AA patients.
