Study On Clinic And Serum Hematopoietic Regulator IL-6,TGF-β₁,Bone Marrow C-Kit,CXCR₄ Receptor Of CAA With Marrow-Supplementing And Blood-Engendering Granule

For testing the effects and discovering the mechanism of Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABEG) working on CAA, 60 CAA patients were investigated at clinical therapeutic effectiveness and research on hematopoietic progenitor cell receptor and regulator.The comparision of anemia degree, myelogram and peripheral hemogram before and after treatment suggested that MSABSEG could significantly (P<0.05) reduce the anemia degree, stimulate the growth of bone marrow, depress the level of non-hematopoietic cells, increase the level of peripheral hemoglobin, leukocyte, platelet, reticulocyte and neutrophil, decrease the level of lymphocyte. The effective rate of treating CAA with MSABEG hit 75.00%, higher than Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet (AABET).Meanwhile, ELISA was also applied to deferminate the level of serum cytokine IL-6, TGF-3 , in CAA patients. Results showed that MSABEG decreases the level of IL-6, IGF-bata , (P<0.05) significantly. It demonstrats that MSABEG can lower the level of negative factors for hematopoiesis regulation.The positive exponent of CXCR4 of CAA treated with BSABEG was observed by flow cytometry. Before treatment, the positive exponent CXCR4 were lower than that of mormal group. After treatment, the positive exponent increased. It shows that MSABEG treats chronic aplastic anemia at evaluating hematopoietic progenieor cell and improving hematopoietic microenvironment by increasing positive expenent of receptor CXCR4. The positve exponent of c-kit receptor of CAA were higher than normal pepole. It shows that bone marrow hematopoietic failure in CAA is not thelow exponent of c-kit receptor.By comparing 8 parameters, effective rate, anemia degree, myelogram, hemogram, bone marrow progenitor cell receptor c-kit, CXCR4 and serum IL-6, TGF- bata1 level measured before and after treatment with MSABEG, we conclude that MSABEG works better on Kidney Yang deficiency CAA than Kidney Yin deficiency. This approves the reasonability of the theory, "Easy to treat Yang deficiency, difficult for Yin deficiency".
