A Correlative Study Between The Expression Of Th1/Th2 Cytokine And TCM Type And Prognosis Of Condyloma Acuminata

Objective To study the relationship between Thl/Th2 cytokine and TCM Type and prognosis of CA.Methods 42 cases of CA(24 cases of Damp and heat fullness type AS I Type and 18 cases of Body resistence weakened while pathogenic factors linger as II Type)entered in this study, and 20 normal individuals as controls. We detected the expression of Thl/Th2 cytokine of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of CA by RT-PCR and observed the clinical cure rate and recurrent rate of the two Type CA by three-combined treatment, two-combined treatment as controlResults The results showed that the expression of Th2 cytokine was predominant in II Tgpe of CA and Thl cytokine in I Type of CA;The clinical curative effect showed that Three-combined treatment was better than Two-combined treatment . I Type was marked higher than II type in cure rate and marked lower than II Type in recurrent rate by Three-combined treatment (P<0.05)Conclusion These data indicate that increased expression of Th2 cytokine and decreased expression of Thl cytokine may play an important role in the pathogenesis of recurrent CA.
