A Study Of Workplace Health Promotion In Kunming City

The health of the workers is not only a key factor in influencing their productivity, but one of the goals in development of enterprises. A survey of workplace health promotion program in 20 companies with 1432 employees in Kunming city was conducted to determine the employees' level of knowledge, attitude towards wellness, their current level of action and their worksite, meanwhile, health status and its influencing factors of workers were analyzed. The findings will indicate which programs have a likelihood to succeed and provide a baseline against which results can be measured and could help in strategizing the uptake of health promotion programs in the workplace in Kunming city.
