Objective: To investigate some large enterprise in Suzhou industrial park, thetype and concentration of the occupational-disease-inductive factors inworkplace/intensity, screening contact main occupational-disease-inductive factorsunder the condition of multiple factors, discussed the main occupational hazard resultsas well as the major hazard factors and the relationship between main harm result, thusput forward for the prevention and control measures of the occupational healthmanagement. Methods: Through the investigation and detection for some large enterprise insuzhou industrial park during2010and2013, the occupational disease hazard factorsinspection documents, including dust, noise and organic solvents (cyclohexane, acetone and butyl acetate), such as test results, and carries on the analysis comparisonchange trend, screening high hazard, key risk factors. Collected in2010and2013, twoyears for related hazard factors abnormal occupational health examination results andcompare the change trend, as well as the relationship between hazard factors. Find thekey control object.Results:1Some large enterprise existence dust, noise and organic solvents (cyclohexane, acetone and butyl acetate), laser radiation, the occupational-disease-inductive factorssuch as ultraviolet radiation.By analyzing the results in2010and2013, the mainhazard factors, in addition to some positions close to the national health standard limitof occupational hazard factors, the other does not appear harmful factors beyond thenational occupational health standards.2Occupational health examination results show that the contact group in2010and2010, respectively, compared with the control rate of abnormal health check, abnormal rate in2010and2013, the contact group were higher than that of controlgroup, and the abnormal rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3Risk factor screening according to the results:Hazard factors of contact andnon-contact group target organs abnormal rate of each hazard, in addition to dustexposure and laser and ultraviolet target organ abnormalities in the control group didnot check out, abnormal rate of exposure to noise and organic solvents group werehigher than the control group,And the abnormal rate difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The highest rate, abnormal noise of the target organs was1.2%;Followed by organic solvent, target organs abnormal rate was1.1%; Again is dust, target organs abnormal rate was0.9%; Laser and ultraviolet target organs abnormalrate is only0.4%.4High-risk population screening results shown: contact and non-contact grouphazard factors, employees of different age hazard no statistically significant differencewere observed in the abnormal rate of target organs(P>0.05),but, as people age, theirmedical hazard factors in the target organs abnormal rate also will increase; Targetorgans of different length of service employees hazard abnormal rate difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05),the length of more than1year (including1-5years,6to10years, and more than10years) people have significant difference of statisticalsignificance(P<0.01),risk factors and with the increase of length of service, contactpeople increase risk of abnormal target organs; Target organs of the same genderhazard exist certain differences between the abnormal rate, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05),but, but there is no significant difference betweendifferent genders.Conclusion:1Some large enterprise existence dust, noise and organic solvents (cyclohexane, acetone and butyl acetate), laser radiation, the occupational-disease-inductive factorssuch as ultraviolet radiation.Except the part position close to the national healthstandard limit of occupational hazard factors, the other does not appear harmful factorsbeyond the national occupational health standards. In general, the large enterprises in the noise, dust control, organic solvents and light pollution, radiation, have certaineffect.2Some large enterprise in2010and2013, two years of occupational healthexamination results indicate overall health check the abnormal rate in exposure groupand the control group was10.1%,7.2%and12.2%,8.3%.2010and2013, the mainoccupational hazard factors (such as noise, dust, organic solvent and uv laser) causedby abnormal occupational health examination rate were3.9%and3.0%.Comparedwith2010,2013related to occupational health damage is on the decline, but nostatistical difference.3Through the business process and related data analysis to determine organicsolvent after class (cyclohexane, acetone and butyl acetate), laser, ultraviolet radiationand noise is the main occupational hazard factors of a large enterprise. In view of thedistribution of the main occupational hazard factors, monitoring and occupationalhealth examination, some large enterprises should further strengthen the preventionand control of the occupational-disease-inductive factors and equipped with personalprotective equipment.Dust while also to have certain harm, but because of factors suchas the production process control, its harm is not very big, but it also nots allow toignore.4Contact the occupational hazard factors working longer the high risk crowd is alarge enterprise. For the high-risk groups, should strengthen the protection, through theguard, reduce its long-term exposure to a chance of occupational hazards, furtherreduce and eliminate the risk factors of employees’ occupational health damage.
