The Study On The Community Health Service Operation Situations And Strategies In Gejiu And Chuxiong And Qujing City Of Yunnan

Community health service (CHS) has developed rapidly in recent thirty years in all over the world. The research indicates that community health service is a best way to reduce the waste of health resource and provide low cost and effectible intervention ways for chronic diseases and the elderly health care. The author makes a deep analysis towards the status and problems of community health service in Gejiu and Chuxiong and Qujing city of yunnan by applying the community health service operation and support system and health service needer. The results show: 1. Community resident are so lack of understanding for community health service, that the utilization of community health services is poor. 2.Community health service is lack of energy of development. It includes the following questions: community health service needs to bring up provider with ability to assure the quality of community health service. Most of community health service are short of equipment. Community health service is short of the input of fund and the compensation composition of CHS is still in unreasonable status. The content of community health service do not conform to the requirement for operation and most of community health services develop medical treatment. The management and inspiritment is not enough. Most of community health service need to enhance management and utilization of information systems. 3.Support system is not enough. Based on the main findings in the study, the author put forward the following strategies: 1.Strengthen the propaganda for community health service to raise the resident consciousness of health and self-care.2.Strengthen the construction of community health service to improve community health service development.3.Strength the government's action to create a good environment for community health service development.
