objective To probe the regular pattern and distinguishing feature of urinary system disease and to provide relevant basis for clinical medicine, teaching and scientific research. Methods: 1. put all of the first page of medical record in casebook pool date and analyse it statistically. 2.transfer 278 case histories with acute glomerulonephritis, nephritic syndrome and urinary tract infections and analyze them statistically. Results: 1. The rate of Acute glomerulonephritis in urinary system disease is gradully descending. The rate of nephrotic syndrome is keeping 39%. 2.The prevalence morbidity rate of urinary system disease in the Han nationality is higher than it in the Wei nationality and the Hui nationality. There is no obvious difference of prevalence morbidity rate in the Wei nationality and the Hui nationality.Conc I us i on: Acute glomeruloneperitis is descending for year after year. Nephritic syndrome is abscending but its prevalence morbidity rate keeps stable. The patients with anaphylactoid purpura and nephyritis of anaphylactoid purpura is increasing for year after year.
