| Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Miao AoChun drug granules in prevention and cure gerontic ossis aging. Methods: 60 patients with ossis aging were divided into two groups by random. Among these patients, test group were treated by Miao AoChun drug granules, and control group were treated by vitamine E. Three-month was a course of treatment. Results: Miao AoChun drug granules could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously. The difference was significant compared to the control group. Meanwhile, it could increase bone mineral content (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD). It could increase the level of male testosterone (T) and female estradiol (E2) . It could improve the level of Complement component Cs , heighten lymphocyte transformation efficiency and adjust immunoglobulin. It could promote superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in blood serum. Conclusion: Miao AoChun drug granules has sure effect in prevention and cure gerontic ossis aging. It is worth studying further. |
