With the development of morden industry and environmental pollution , the incidence rate of lung cancer rise year by year , that has been thought as the NO1 killer theaten human in 20th century. Following the rapid progressing of medical science the treatment for lung cancer , complex therepy combined operation, chemistry and biology treatment , has got great advancement , which make the patient's survival of 5 year great development and make the quality of live improvement. Through the advancement of operation skill, the cancer ,that were inoperable before , can be exicised once and for all , including bronchoplasty , reserves more pulmonary function than before . However in clinical job ,some patient have to do pneunonectomy for exicicsing the tumor once and for permanent control, with bad heart-lung function , location at hilum of lung and no tumor in the far end of lung .But the postop pulmonary function is to bad too maintain daily living , so that they have to miss the chance of operation sometime . We prove that the exicised lung can work well after fitting and replanting .This experiment show that: pneunonectomy do harm to pulmonary function , with the loss of ventilation . Observed the lung and airway-anastomosis for determining the change of morphology . We can draw a conclution that there is direct relation between the ischemia time and success of replantation and healing of anastomosis. To keep a long free end , to reduce the freeing seriously and to wrap anastomosis with pleura and lung , are the key to promote the healing of anastomosis and to reduce the fistula of anastomosis .Through the model foundation of lung auto-transplantation , the operationtechniguead been mastered strictly .
