Lung transplantation has become at present the only effective treatment for end-stage lung disease, in recent decades, learning at home and abroad has made significant progress in the study of lung transplantation, but the research still lags behind other major organ transplantation. Successful lung transplantation model is to carry out the transplant operation the premise and necessary preparation work, therefore, we in March2012to March2012success in Beagle dogs experiment research of single lung transplantation. Research purposes:based on the Beagle dog single lung transplantation surgery, mastering the basic steps and main points, operation to lay a solid foundation for subsequent experiments, as well as clinical lung transplantation work provide valuable theoretical guidance. Methods:20normal adult Beagle dogs, for15-20kg weight, were randomly divided into the donor and receptor group,2each experiment,10single lung transplantation animal experiment were conducted. Results:the experiments were conducted for10groups of lung transplantation,10cases of successful operation, no death in surgery. Intraoperative observation anastomotic patency, without distortion, implanted lung expansion is good after surgery. This experiment in10receptor postoperative survival time is2-28hours, including4cases of receptors in canine acute pulmonary edema after extubation, leading to circulatory collapse and death;1case of left pulmonary vein thrombosis, eventually lead to congestion and edema of the lungs and death;2cases of left pulmonary artery anastomosis, the main pulmonary artery thrombosis, leads to right heart failure and death; The rest3cases the cause of death for postoperative acute graft rejection reaction. Conclusion:the experimental model of single lung transplantation is a complex process that needs to be well prepared.
