For assessing the effect of stress and strain to Female wokers' work ability, Standardized scales "the Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition (OSI-R)'\ "Work Satifaction Inventory Scale", "Reproduction Function Questionnaire" and "Work Ability Index" were used in this study. The results will help to take intervention measures for enhancing Female workers' ability and work efficiency. 1. The study of occupational stressors and stress1.1 The study of occupational stressorsEight types of jobs were chosen for job analysis on female workers of oil field in Xin Jiang Petroleum Administration Bureau , and then one or two workers were chosen as samples according to principle of AET , who have more than three-years work experience and are skilled in work mission and procedure. The clustering analysis and image analysis results indicate that eight types of jobs was clustered two categories. The first categoric included mainly middle level stressful jobs, The second included mainly high and middle stressful jobs. The common stressors are long working houres, short of working rest or even none of rest , bad labor environments , irrational labor institution and contradictory of social circumstances.1.2 The analysis of occupational stress900 Female workers were sampled at random with cluster sampling based on AET analysis. With Occupational Role Qestionnaire (QRQ) and Personal Resources Questionnaire (PRQ) in OSI-R, the investigation results show that age, education level and length of service were no statistics different among different stressful groups; The stress level of two28categories jobs was the same as the result of AET; Their coping resource was signifmtly different among stressful groups. Stress level augmented significantly with coping resource decline. These results imply coping resources is regulation to stress level. 2 The study of Female worker's occupational strainThe investigation showed that there is significantly different in scores of PSQ, VS , PSY, IS and PHS among different stressful groups. With stress level augument, the strain was also increased. Work Satifaction Inventory Scale test showed that work satifaction level is significantly different among different stressful groups; With stress level augment, work satisfaction level is decreased. There was significantly positive correlation between stress level and strain, and negative correlation between stress level and work satisfaction. But personal coping resources was on the contrary.Blood sugar , IgG, IgA,IgM,FL-6 content in observed group was significantly higher than controlled group, but CHO, HDL, LDL, IL-2 content was significantly less than controlled group (P<0.05) . TG content had no significantly difference between both groups. At the same time, there was no significantly correlation between stress levek strain, coping resources and blood sugar, blood lipid, immunology funcation. These results implied that occupational stress can induce change of blood sugar , blood lipid, immunology funcation. With the test of Reproduction Function Questionnaire, the results showed that prevalence rate of middle stress level was higher than high and low stress level in menstrual cycle abnormality menstrual dose, premenstrual phase tension. Swollen and anemia incidence of high and middle level stressful groups during gestation period were higher than low level stressful group. Cyesis outcome had no significantly difference among different groups. Meanwhile, neonatal mortality of high and middle level group was higher than low stressful group (P<0.05) . It also implied29that occupational stress can cause the change of reproduction function ofFemale workers. So it is necessary to study deeply its mechanisms.3 The effect of occupational stress on Female worker's work abilityOSI-R and WAI were used to analyze the relationship between occupational stress and work ability for studying deeply how to protect work ability and improve work efficiency. The result indicated that work ability...
