The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) herbs have been long used in clinic. However, it is difficult to get special,rapid and significant efficacy due to unknowing the scentific principle of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) recipe . At present, The fundamental problem is whether to study the pharmacokinetics(PK) of its chemical components(CC) that entered the body after the administration of a herbal recipe or not. Prof.Huang-Xi have first putforward a hypothesis of PK of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(S) and recipe(R-PK). The former indicates that the pharmacokinetic differences between the different traditional Chinese syndrome (TCS)have statistical significance and the latter means that a one Chinese materia medica(CMM) could influence markedly the pharmacokinetic parameters of another's CMM-derived components in vivo/blood when administered together in same traditional Chinese recipe(TCR). In the strategy,he further put forward "traditional Chinese medicine recipe of therapeutic drug monitoring(R-TDM)",which includes TCM recipe pharmaceutics monitoring,TCM recipe pharmacokinetics(PK) monitoring , TCM recipe pharmacodynamics and TCM recipe therapeutics monitoring.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,we determinated its chemical components ~ borneol ,isoboraeol and tetramethylphyrazine(TMP) blood concentration after oral Suxiao Jiuxin Wan(SXJX)(10mg/kg)to healthy volunteers and patients with blood stasis syndrome state. At the corresponding time,we studied the difference between TCS and PK,to make a scientific explanation of therapeutic mechanism of TCM. Methods:1 .Chromatographic condition:Gas chromatography instrument HP4890D with HP-5 quartz spring capillary column ,OVEN TEMP 85℃, INJA TEMP 230℃, DETB TEMP 240 ℃ ; The carried gas was nitrogen gas year (ty) , The velocity of flow is a 8.3ml/min , Air pressure: 30mPa, Hydrogen pressure : 30Mpa's nitrogen gas pressure : 14mPa, Hydrogen ion flame detector (FID) . 2.Samples:The blood samples of ten coronary artery disease with blood stasis syndrome patients and ten healthy volunteers were obtained from decapitation after a single oral Suxiao Jiuxin Wan (10mg/kg)at5, 10,30,60and 90min, respectively. At corresponding time points,monitored their Blood pressure,heart rate and Electrocardiogram(ECG) respectively.Blood sample contained bomeol and isobomeol was solved with skellysolve B:trichloromethane (10:l)solution; internal standard of Naphthalene was used; And then 3 U 1 was determined by GC each time. Results :1 .The chromatographic retention time of TMP , bomeol and isoborneol were 5.682, 8.982 and9.515min, respectively. Their equation of the curves were y=-0.0367+0.0241x,r=0.9978; y=0.4652+0.0071x(TMP), r=0.9913, respectively.2.The results of borneol plasma concentration after Oral SXJX at 5,10,30,60 and 90min are as follows: In healthy volunteers 5.703±2.990, 8.684±6.616, 14.88±12.52, 5.414±2.615, 3.132±1.044 ug/ml; In blood stasis syndrome patients 19.09±17.53, 26.65±16.46, 20.04±9.987, 11.63±3.788, 6.968±3.345ug/ml.Through this experiment we found the significant differences in borneol plasma concentrations between healthy volunteers and blood stasis syndrome patients(p<0.05). 3.The corresponding of Blood pressure,Heart rate and ECG after Oral SXJX at 0, 5,10,30,60 and 90min are as follows: In healthy volunteers SP 124±18.0, 117±13.4, 115±13.6, llhtlO.O, 116±13.2, 116±13.8mmHg; DP 72±15.2, 67.5±15.2, 66.1±12.4, 63.5±13.4, 67.5±14.4, 65.1±13.8 mmHg; Heart rate 75.2±13.4, 74.7±15.3, 70.3±9.6, 68.7±10.4, 67.5±9.7, 68±9.6/min; respectively. In blood stasis syndrome patients SP149±29.5 , 150±29.5, 139±24.5, 144±19.9, 147±21.6, 143±22.9mmHg; DP 84.5 ±12.7, 86.5±13.6, 81.9±10.2, 84.0±83.0, 84.5±10.1, 84.8±8.50mmHg; Heart rate 70.0 ±9.40, 71.U7.40, 71.4±5.7, 68.7±6.70, 66.8±7.10, 65.4±9.1/min, respectively. And there is markedly difference at only 30 minutes between healthy volunteer...
